After 14 days, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is saved and nothing gets deleted. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused until you do.

Can I change plans later?

What counts as a location?

Each physical business address is one location. If you run a restaurant with two locations downtown, that's two locations.

Are SMS messages included in the plan?

Yes - Growth includes 200 SMS per month and Pro includes unlimited SMS. These reset on your monthly billing date.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case.
